REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.  Our products are delivered in a digital format that is non-returnable.


SALES ARE TO END USERS ONLY

e-MedTools sells products to end user customers only via RegNow.


PRODUCT DELIVERY

Product delivery is via email of a download link from RegNow, our ecommerce provider. 

RegNow also provides an option for delivery on CDROM at additional cost.



PAYMENT & BILLING PROCEDURES
The payment, billing, and product delivery process is handled by RegNow.  The procedures of RegNow can be reviewed here.


SALES TAX

RegNow, our ecommerce provider, is required by law to collect sales tax.

RegNow charges sales tax for orders in Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Utah.

RegNow collects VAT per the European Union Digital VAT Directive at the required rate of 15%.
